Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It seems that the vendor would like to make up new facts about this matterThe facts are these: - I did not speak with Ms [redacted] on March My car was damaged on March She was not available until March I spoke to her then - She did not ask me to send her an estimateI already had one, I offered to send it and she refused to receive itA copy was attached to my complaint with Revdex.com - I did not refuse her request for an estimate because she never asked for oneI was as patient and reasonable as appropriate for dealing with someone as belligerent as Ms [redacted] - I did not make any demand for payment - When it became clear that Ms [redacted] 's objective was to dismiss my request, I asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused - She accused me of making up my claim and suggested that my car was damaged before I got to her storeThis was despite the fact that she also said that she has video records of every car entering and exiting the car wash - I asked her to look at the recording to determine if my claim was legitimateShe refused - She did not offer to forward anything to her insurance companyShe told me I had to contact my insurance company - I do have insurance on my car and did not tell her otherwiseMy coverage does not include this loss and I did tell her that - Her suggestion that I did not follow the law is inane - Her reference to her posted warning does not apply to this situation Ms [redacted] 's response is entirely unsatisfactoryIt is completely consistent with my negative experience when speaking to her on the phone This is a fairly simple problem which is only compounded by the vendor's refusal to be accountable Sincerely, [redacted] ***

In response to Mr*** statements in regards to the damage to his carI did request of him to contact his insurance company so that they can open a claim in turn they would segregate with our insurance to determine that our car wash did cause this damage and it has been proven to be a legitimate claim and if found our insurance would payI also requested to Mr*** that he contact the local police department to obtain a police reportOnce again he refusedWe as a company take pride in our stations and we value our cus***ersWe have policies and procedures that we need to follow and the steps I informed Mr*** to take in order to file a claim are the policies we hold here at Guilford MobilWe are sorry if this is not the way he conducts businessWe as a company feel this case should be closed and no negative reviews be posted due to the fact that there is no evidence

I am rejecting this response because:
 
It seems that the vendor would like to make up new facts about this matter. The facts are these:
 
- I did not speak with Ms. [redacted] on March 8. My car was damaged on March 8. She was not available until March 10. I spoke to her then.
- She did not ask me to send her an estimate. I already had one, I offered to send it and she refused to receive it. A copy was attached to my complaint with Revdex.com.
- I did not refuse her request for an estimate because she never asked for one. I was as patient and reasonable as appropriate for dealing with someone as belligerent as Ms. [redacted].
- I did not make any demand for payment.
- When it became clear that Ms. [redacted]'s objective was to dismiss my request, I asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused.
- She accused me of making up my claim and suggested that my car was damaged before I got to her store. This was despite the fact that she also said that she has video records of every car entering and exiting the car wash.

Ms. [redacted]'s response is entirely unsatisfactory. It is completely consistent with my negative experience when speaking to her on the phone.
 
This is a fairly simple problem which is only compounded by the vendor's refusal to be accountable.

Mr. [redacted] contacted me [redacted] on 3/8/14 to notify me that his car was damaged by our car wash. I explained to him to please go and get an estimate and forward it to me. He refused and became very irritate he wanted me to pay him right here right now. I continued to explain to him that this was our policy and that I would need that information to forward to our insurance company. He continued to tell me that he didn't want to deal with insurance companies because he did not have insurance on his car. I then explained to him that if every cus[redacted]er came into the car wash with damage on there car and claimed that it was caused by our equipment we would be out of business. He then demanded to speak with the owner.. I refused to release that information due to the fact that he was not in the country. I feel this complaint both business and personal should be removed from this site due to the fact that Mr. [redacted] refused to follow both the law and also our policy. We also have the proper WARNING posted in the front of the car wash. Warning No Plows- No Sanders-No tow trucks We are not responsible for the Following * Articles/valuables left in car * Water Damage from windows not rolled-up * Windshield crack expansion due to existing nicks, chips or cracks. * Alarm Lock outs * Loose equipment or Trim * Broken Antennas * Bug or stone deflectors * Damage or spotting of cus[redacted] wheels or tires * Lowered or modified vehicles * Chrome, Mirrors, and altered parts on vehicle * Roof Rack or Loose license plates
