Review: I went to Guilford Texaco to get an alignment. they did not do the job to my satisfaction and gave me a horrible attitude when I asked them to correct it. the steering wheel was a quarter turn off and they said they could not adjust it(drag link adjustment) which was brand new. I brought it to my home garage and did it myself within 5 minutes. I am not happy with the job and would like an apology and my money back. I even told them that I will never come back and that I was going to tell people about their mistake and the response was "okay sounds good" which is NOT the way to handle a dissatisfied customer.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology from the employee with the bad attitude and a full $129 refund
