I am rejecting this response because:Both on Saturday and Sunday she stated I don't get how she claims it would be cheaper to pickup a day later when tow lots charge a daily rateAnd the actual driver that released my car said it's a known issue she gives the wrong amountHe explained in more vulgar Spanish

I answer the phone calls giving my nameI handled both callsThe first person requesting information said the vehicle was in a different location in the area that we towed it from, I explained to her many times the rules and what she needed to do to pick up the vehicleShe said
they had emergency items she needed from the vehicle and because of that I agreed to open the gates for her even when it was not day light yet as our policy statesWhile they called the police arguing they should not have to pay for it, I also called the police and explained the situation to the officerThe vehicle was released to them in after hours and we have the pictures of the violationWe show them to the managers when requested and also to the customersthe customer as I told her before can set up a time and come to our office or the community's office and she can see themI understand the frustration of having the vehicle towed and inconvenienceWe perform the job we are requested to do and all private properties have different parking rulesPlease refer the customer to call me if she has any question or concern.Thank you

The customer was given the correct pricesI handled the phone call and even told him the next day would be cheaper.The fees are regulated by the DOT of Utah, $Tow, $per day storage (private tows), $storage(police generated tows), $IVS and $After hour fee.I really would not have any
benefit or reason of giving him the wrong amount.The customer can call me with any question regarding the fees. Thank you

I am not sure which Mobile Home park he is referring to, however most of them are private property where residents rent lots to set their mobile homes. So We warn vehicles in violation. and we check all the vehicles at the property including those parked at the open parking areas and open driveways. We warn and tow by management's request. He should refer to his community manager and rules and regulations.

I am rejecting this response because:They did not respond to the question at hand, I asked if they are allowed to go walking through my garage or anyone's garage and put their little stickers on someones car that is not on the public street but it is parked in a private garage?  Why did they avoid the question? Thank you.

Please see the  previous sent image clearly showing the middle lot driveway where the vehicle was towed from.The customer driveway is on the other side of the house.the vehicle was towed from the middle lot in the image that is a vacant lot. Thank you

Where the vehicle was parked is clearly not a driveway but the front yard. The customer was offered to pay the boot fee ( $75), or, the vehicle would be towed away, and that would be more expensive. We also checked with the property management and it was not allowed to park there.
