Review: On Jan [redacted], of this year I purchased a guitar on the store´s website, made payment through [redacted], the amount, $1799.00 usd, at first they responded that the supplier did not have the product in stock, so I contacted the supplier and they in fact told me that their dealer was correct and they apologised for the delay. The supplier kept in touch with me and assured me they would have the product in stock by the first week of april. The emails I´ve received from the supplier since april have told me that they now have had the product in stock for aproximately 6 weeks but they´ve had no luck contacting the store regarding payment, the store wrote to me still claiming that it is not their responsability because they supplier has not responded their requests. The last email I got from the store was on april [redacted] claiming that they were trying to get in touch with the supplier, I´ve written many other emails inquiring about my order and have not had a response from the store.

I´ve asked them for a refund since they have been unable to get me the product I paid for, and still no response from the store.Desired Settlement: Since they don´t seem to have any interest in my order I want a refund. They refer to this as a "custom order" but nowhere in my receipt does it state "custom order", and yes at first the supplier did not have the product but in the last 6 weeks the product has bee available but the store has not met its end with the supplier.

Review: On October [redacted], I canceled an online order with guitar asylum that was paid for through my debit card. They notified me that within 10-15 days I'd receive a refund. It's been over a month since that and there was no refund provided. They will not respond to any of my emails or calls.Desired Settlement: I desire my refund. There's no reason for them to not be communicating to me about a delay in the refund.
