[redacted] I do not agree with the Wellness Center. Pictures unless exact poses will look a little different. They say 25%, No I don’t agree. The measurements before and after were the same, to me that tells the truth. I didn’t think theyWould do anything about this. Since I said at the last visit I was unhappy with results, and nothing was done or said would be done. The free neck treatment is a very cheap procedure that they gave for free. I had to pay againFor the 2nd procedure, should of seem results of 50%. According to them. I will never agree with them or their results they claim. The initial package purchased was 14 treatments; 5 for the male client and 9 for the female client. The total cost for the clients was $5,680. The actual retail cost was $10,100 which gave the clients a total savings cost of $4,420. · Before pictures were taken on both clients of all treatment areas prior to starting the [redacted] treatments. · Exhibit A is a blank consent that each client initialed and signed. Official initialed and signed copies by both the male and female clients have been attached. As noted by the highlighted areas, [redacted] is an elective, cosmetic procedure with no guaranteed results. Results vary from patient to patient. [redacted] is not intended as a weight loss procedure. · As per protocol, the clients returned for their 3 month post treatment follow up visit to take After pictures on 3/11/16. During the follow-up visit, it was recorded the male and female client had just returned from a 2-3 week vacation. The male client admitted to gaining weight on vacation. This is a contradiction to the Take Home Guidelines document given to male and female client after initial treatment stating “Weight gain will prevent you from appreciating your full results. Maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine after your procedure to continue appreciating your full results.” “After” pictures were taken and shown to clients. Female and male client expressed that they were not happy with results. NP explained to both male and female client that one treatment kills 25% of the subcutaneous fat cells in the treatment area and additional treatments may be required for the desired results. Contrary to the opinions of the clients, the Medical Director, the NP, and the Practice Development Manager from the [redacted] company noted: Males’ Before & After Pictures: Reduction of subcutaneous adipose (fat) volume noted in submental (neck) region and lower abdomen. Submental region has a moderate amount of skin laxity. Slight reduction of adipose volume noted in flanks. Client has large amount of visceral fat (fat that lies underneath the muscle) in abdomen which cannot be treated with [redacted] service. Clients were notified visceral fat cannot be treated during the initial consultation. (Before and After Photos may be shared if deemed necessary). Females’ Before & After Pictures: 25% reduction of subcutaneous adipose (fat) volume noted in upper & lower abdomen, flanks, and bra line. Client has large amount of visceral fat (fat that lies underneath the muscle) in abdomen which cannot be treated with [redacted] service.
