I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint
Regards,
*** *** We heard about cool sculpting from the radio which they were having a special session with a 20per cent discount if you listened to the speaker and a short video The speaker was very convincing about losing the fat, as she said evenIf you had a big mac for lunch everyday Which we did not We did go on vacation and did not gain weight, due to all the walking in the groups we did And the food was awful We never got that much of a discount, but what we paidWas way too much for something that never worked I think all it did was stretch my skinI had to request to be measured again at the end which I did not lose any inches I really could not tell a difference except in one area, whichNow is either the same as before or larger All they kept saying was I see a difference and I kept saying I see no difference At the end I said that wasn’t right for them to take that much money for no results She said I might need treatmentsAnd they could give me a discount as before So, dumb me did it on my stomach and sides, and there was still no difference I said they should do something, but they did not What a disappointment They did retreat my chin which was stillNo differenceThe pictures they took were close and far away, really saw no difference They never said I had visceral fat, and it would not help Who in their right mind would put that much money into something that would not work. And if they thought that why did they take my money, if it wasn’t suppose to work I was so excited, and what a let down I think they should refund some of the money since there were no results Even when I paid extra due to themSaying I probably needed treatmentsWe paid over $7,for absolutely nothing At what they charge for the treatment, they need to have something in place if it doesn’t work Or if it even works on anyone, I know other peopleIt did nothing on. Sorry, one more thing, they keep talking about the money I don’t know where they got those prices I have the sheet and it shows the price which is not what they are saying, and it shows a 20% discount off of $7,which weWere charged $5, Which is still to high, not a 50% deduction as they are showing My husband gave me the second one for my birthday, that’s why it was a couple of days later Also at a 20% discount Thanks for your time
