I have subscribed to several guitar lessons sites; this is by far the worst. I ordered a set of DVDs ($49.00) on Dec. 20 and never got them. Sent several messages to "customer service, no replies. Hey Marty, I just want my money back.
I have been really happy with the National Guitar Academy and PSN costs just $3 a month, which gives you tons of lessons through YouTube, complete with easy-to-understand printable tabs and explanations. Within a couple of weeks I was playing songs such as You've Got a Friend in Me, Norwegian Wood and Blackbird, and the intro riff to Sierra Ferrell's In Dreams song. David Pots is a terrific instructor; he breaks things down and often gives you shortcuts. Check it out.

Hi Marty. Its not good bruv its your name on the line here, people paying good money
for your services and some ain"t getting what they are paying for, but can't understand
some of these complaints are easy fixable, but people are sending E-Mails or phoning
and just no correspondence, and that includes myself. I accidently E-Mailed one of
your competitors, Guitar tricks and I told them the problem I had with the course that
I had just purchased of them. Then to my surprise they told me that sorry but we do
not do the course that you purchased, and you are getting us mixed up with Guitar jamz, But they got back to me after one E-Mail yeah one E-Mail. I have lost count of
the amount of E-Mails that I have sent to guitar jamz, but no correspondence at all,
not a word not a dicky bird after endless E-Mails, but it took only one E-Mail for
guitar tricks to get back to me, one E-Mail. So come on Marty get your head out of
your a-se and get it sorted. this is the E-Mail that I mailed to Guitar Jamz but not a
word back, not a whisper. I hate to say this but I have lost faith in you Marty.
I purchased Sweet 16 Blues Turnarounds which is a bargain . but at the same time
I was offered another guitar course for the sum of $9.00
180 Beginner Blues Licks & Jams ( Digital version ) but I have not received it. I have sent endless E-Mails but I ain"t getting no reply, can you sort this out regards.

I purchased a special offer on 1st Oct 2018 and despite several emails I have had no response and its not showing on my account that I purchased it .. I have had no luck in trying to contact them despite having a customer services email address … not happy and certainly wont be buying anymore of their special offers …

I paid for the annual Premium Access to and never received my credentials to access the website. I wrote several emails and called them but got no response. According to other blogs this has happened to several customers too.

Review: I purchased one item from this company. I then received emails. I requested to unsubscribe from their email list. Sometime later I received a postcard advertising the company. I then sent a firm letter to the company stating that I wished to receive NO communication from the company. A few months later (2/26/15) I received an email asking if I had received a postcard from them.Desired Settlement: Stop contacting me FOREVER!
