resolve my issues. The sales staff has been very nice and prompt in responding, I think some of my issues had been in the secretarial staff due to a recent staff change.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] My vehicle has been to this shop 4 times for the same problems that still exist. I want Momentum Jaguar to refund the last deductible that was charged and I will take my vehicle to another repair shop where I will need to pay another deductible for the repairs that were not done correctly at Momentum Jaguar.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Jimmy [redacted]'s response does not address my complaint regarding the lack of customer service I have received thus far from Momentum Jaguar.  Mr. [redacted] is quick to point out that I accepted a different car at a "deep discount," but I respectfully disagree.  Instead of paying $65,300 for the car, I paid $62,017.  I would not consider that a "deep discount," especially because this dealership had my $2500 deposit for over four months and failed to order my car.  Regardless, as evidenced by the timing of my complaint, I did not initiate this complaint based solely on Mr. [redacted]'s failure to order my car.  In fact, I had the opportunity to complain then as well as to complain on the customer satisfaction survey, but I did not, notably at both Mr. [redacted]'s and Bernard [redacted]'s requests, as a professional courtesy to them.  I would expect them to show me the same professional courtesy in return, but they have not.   In Mr. [redacted]'s Revdex.com response, he attempts to gloss over the fact that my state inspection was not conducted based on the change in the State of Texas' new inspection system.  However, this was a clear error made by the dealership that is unacceptable when dealing with this type of transaction.  Had I not followed up with the dealership on three different occasions about my license plates, who knows when the error would have been discovered.  This is the exact same thing that happened with my initial car order--they discovered their error only after I inquired about the status of my car order.  Based on these numerous errors made by my sales associate, I chose to escalate my concerns to Mr. [redacted] and General Manager Ben [redacted], expecting a response.  Had either of them bothered to respond, maybe I would be more willing to let this go.  However, Mr. [redacted] has never responded to any of my complaints regarding the lack of customer service I have received, and this is the first time I have received any type of written response from Mr. [redacted].  When I attempted to address my concerns with Mr. [redacted] in person on Thursday, April 21, he was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional by telling me my issues were not that big of a deal and to "let a man be a man."  More importantly, he still has not answered my initial question I raised on February 15 regarding the extended MAINTENANCE (not extended warranty) program, which is another example of this dealership's poor customer service.  It is clear to me that this dealership is not concerned about customer satisfaction, which is unfortunate.  However, I am far from a satisfied customer, and I do not feel like my complaint has been resolved.
Regards,
[redacted]

All repairs to the vehicle were made under the approval of the customers extended warranty. An independent inspector is dispatched each time to view the technicians diagnosis and approve or decline the repair request. We recommend that Mr. [redacted] bring the vehicle back in for further...

diagnosis to the concerns with the vehicle. If the concerns are related to any of the previous repairs we will waive the deductible.

The vehicle was in for an extended warranty repair that the customers repair facility didn't feel comfortable completing according to a conversation I had with the customer. The repair was to the oil restrictors which are located behind the front engine cover on the lower half of the engine. The...

fuel injectors are located on the top of the engine.  After receiving authorization from an inspector from the warranty company the repairs authorized where completed. Upon test drive of the vehicle after the repairs were completed the check engine lamp illuminated for faulty fuel injectors. We called the extended warranty company and they stated that the injectors would be covered if the customer had purchased a higher protection plan. We informed the customer of this and provided him with an estimate of repair. He opted not to have the repairs done and have the vehicle towed from our facility. We informed him not to drive the vehicle in the current condition in order to not further damage the vehicle. I received a call the next day with the customer stating that the vehicle would not start at his home  after we advised him not to operate it in the current condition. We are not the normal servicing dealer so we can not speak to the prior vehicle operating condition prior to him bringing the vehicle to us. The only history we have on the vehicle is extended warranty claims that perhaps his normal servicing center isn't equipped to repair.
