Review: The following e-mail, sent to [redacted] on 3/28, was ignored by Guiton's. Poorly managed company, will never use again.
===
We recently had one of your techs out to do some repairs on our pool system.
The repairs failed within 1 day and your technician came back a third time to fix it. After this, he left a voicemail stating that someone had been in the backyard and "kicked" the unit. I can assure you that between the time he left the time before and the time he returned, no one had gone in the pool area. We rarely go back to that part of the yard at this time of the year.
The more likely explanation is that he didn't do an adequate job and then tried to blame someone else. I'm not sure of your technician's name, but he is shifty-eyed and comes off as untrustworthy. You may not like hearing this feedback but you should hear it. He does not represent your company professionally.
I'm asking for a refund of the third visit which was unnecessary and due to poor workmanship. Please advise.Desired Settlement: Should refund cost of 3rd visit which shouldn't have been required.

Response:
In response to incident # [redacted] regarding [redacted], residing at [redacted]. I have left a message on his voice mail, as he is on vacation from May 2- May6, in an attempt to explain that he was not charged for the incident he made complaint about.Our technician made the first visit to his residence on 2/12/2016 at 9:00 AM to diagnose what was necessary for the repair, he then left at9:30AM. The second visit was made on 2/15/2016 in which he arrived at8:30AM, made the repairs to the sweep pump, then left at 9:30AM upon completion of the job. A call came in from Mr. [redacted] stating there was another leak, so our technician went back to his residence on 02/23/2016 at 12:48PM and left at 1:07PM after determining the leak had nothing to do with the repair he made to the sweep pump, but instead was occurring about 5 feet away from initial repair.Mr. [redacted] was only charged for 1 ½ hours of labor, which only covers the first 2 visits, therefor there is nothing to refund as he was not charged for the 3rd visit.
