Review: Hi,

On May 5, 2014 I paid $80 for a one-year subscription of the weekly newspaper. Since that time, delivery has been sporadic. I initially received it weekly for the first month or two, after which several weeks would go without delivery, and then I'd receive several weeks' worth of papers. But in the last 4-6 weeks, I have not received the paper at all. I have called the local office numerous times and calls and VMs would go unanswered. When I finally reached someone, they told me that the issue was the local post office - which I don't believe to be the case because I receive all bank, credit card and brokerage account statements each month and I receive all of my other magazines and newspapers regularly and on time. I am at a loss for what to do, hence this complaint.

Review: Paid thru [redacted] for two year subscription in the amount of $80 on April, 22 2014. Never received the newspaper, so when called the office I was told it would take about a month to process the payment. Waited a month and called back and they don't have an answer and blamed the Indian branch for the problem. Emailed and called them numerous times to either fix the issue or refund the money back to me. Every time I called there is some sort of excuse and not a solution. All they are doing is blaming the other person for the fault yet don't want to actually fix the problem nor want to do a refund. A good customer service is not just answering a phone call when you call but to resolve the problem.Desired Settlement: At this point I would just like to have my money back, because I don't see a point of doing a business with people who simply doesn't know what business is or know how to run one.

Review: Originally I paid for yearly subscription on june 9,2014. so far I did receive one issue on june 29th,2014. Supposed to be every week. when I call them they informed me to find out with my local USPS. which I did all the time. so I think they are not doing right or in proper way it supposed to be. so as of today I am missing my last 4 issues.Desired Settlement: first thing they can deliver regularly ASAP. Only, they can find out where these issues are missing. [ not telling consumer to find out where they missing]

Very very poor service. never listen to customer.Never had resolution.

Review: The check for $42 was issued for 6 months subscription of newspaper named Gujarat Samachar on Jan 19 2014 and it was cashed on 2/12/14. I have a copy of check with me. We complained several time on phone regarding not receiving the paper. As of 06/10/14, we have not received any newspaper. I do not think it should take 4 months to start paper. They should be closed down the business if they can not issue paper on time. no one picked up the phone either. Very poor customer service.Desired Settlement: delivery of paper on timely basis or refund
