standing over his car with his little one.  I had told him to go in our waiting area but he would not.  We told him to come back after a few days and we would check it again.  He came back late and missed his appointment.  His car tint was perfect.  He just didn't want to let it dry.  We tint 20-30 cars a week with no complaints.  We have been in business for 25 years.  We take care of our customers.  It was his choice not to come back.

I am rejecting this response because:
The owner is not being truthful in his recollection of events.  First time I was to be be late by 5 minutes, I called the business to let them know I may be 5 minutes late and they said they were in the middle of another job. Second time, I arrived 5 minutes at the business location and the owner said that no tint job can be perfect, the little bubbles are just part of how it is supposed to be. He then stated that he would probably need to take the rear windshield off of the vehicle to correct the tint on it. He mentioned he needed the vehicle for at least 6 hours to do so. I was not going to have anyone taking my car apart to that extent, no thank you. I was with my son and asked him if he had a preference where I waited because there was a decent sized dog in the waiting area and my son is scared of dogs and I didn't want to cause him any distress. He then proceeded to release the dog to freely walk in the shop. I want nothing from him but a refund.
