Very poor response time with this company...they have rewarded long time EMPLOYMENT with less, and less service However, having been a long time board member; it was never exceptional, nor deserved same Cannot recommend them to anyone

One of the most poorly run businesses I've ever dealt withThey double bill repair hours by combining services at the same locationThey then bill the condominium association AND the residents the same number of hoursFor example if one repair takes one trip for an hour and the other repair at the same location takes three hoursBoth are billed for FOUR hours EACH!
Their company website home page states "We want to stress TEAMThe captain of a boat can accomplish little without his crewOur management philosophy is you should get help when you need it and not be dependent on one individual to meet your needsOur entire organization functions as a team and in partnership with our associationsWith Gulf Breeze you will always find a knowledgeable and capable customer support person to talk withYou won't be routed through a complex telephone based support system forcing you to leave a message for your property managerYou will get assistance immediately and not a day or two later."
In my experience I left two voice mails for the managerNo response after a weekfor eachNext I left two messages at the front desk for the same manager and no response for three weeksNext I showed up unannounced at their office (December 15,at 3:00pm) and finally sat with the manager to try and resolve the issueI was told I didn't pay them and was not billed by themI gave him copies of their invoice to me and my cancelled check (Both from September 2015)I submitted pictures of BOTH repairs not completed and a copy of their websites home pageHe agreed I had been overcharged one hourI disagreed and said two hoursHe said he'd look into it and get back to me
At that time (December ) neither of the repairs were even finished BUT I was billed AND had already paid two months beforeI was told BOTH jobs would be finished the next day
All a BIG FAT LIE! Repairs were completed 2-days later and I was NEVER contacted againToday when I asked the manager why I hadn't been contacted or at least given a refund of the overchargeHe denied everything
I am writing because we pay a significant amount to this company for their shotty service and workHopefully others will look at a different company than this for their needs!

Mr Ethan L***, property manage for Gulf View sent along a notice to a law firm for collection
I was notified on August by ms p*** of gulf view management, gvm, that our maintenance fee of $had for some reason bouncedI mailed a cheque from Canada the following day August 3rd and notified ms p*** of sameMs p*** emailed me that she would make a note on our file that payment was enrouteThe cheque for fee and bank charges $was recd by gvm sometime shortly thereafter and cleared our account August GVM had sent the file over to a law firm to place a lein on my Florida condo and of course pay all legal fees associatedThe law firm sent me a letter dated August 23, clearly showing mr L*** did not advise them the debt was paid, nor did the law firm check to see if it was paid before taking such evasive action
