I wish there was a place to assign a minus star ratingThis was one of the most painful experiences I've ever had with a contractorI had a pool cage installed by this company and it was a disaster from the very beginningEvery section of cage that was installed had to be taken down as least once and in some cases twiceThese sections had to be remeasured and re-cut to fitIt was either a very poor job laying out the dimensions for the assembler or a horrible job by the assembler reading the drawingsThis two to three day installation took daysAs the job progressed modifications were made on the fly to fit and not necessarily to the drawingThe job was finished well after dark on the last day which made it impossible to clean the areaI spent nearly two days picking up scrap metal and loads of hardware everywhereI could go on!!!!!!!
