A bunch of thieves an Rude S.O.B
Wow to see all of these complaints my car was towed by this company an one of the drivers who entered my car stole $100 cash from my car on top of that they sent my car to the auction lot after it was paid for an the release paper were sent over then they never inform me they enter my car or remove my property I had to find that out after I made a trip to the auction lot to find out my DL were gone ... once I contacted them again I was told I would have to wait till Friday after 3pm to get my property only to find out my cash money is missing then once I brought it to there attention the drive 1st stated he recovered $35 from my car then after waiting 2 days to get back In contact I was told the driver had the car confused an I’m just out of $100 Very Very RUDE PEOPLE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AN THERE Thieves an it seem like it’s nothing the customer can do about it this place need to be under investigation an shut down ASAP an should be sued to recover all that was taken at the hands of these people !

What’s the address to there Kenner location do you have a contact number for them how can I get possession of car without appointments

These people have no sense of responbility
My truck was towed on private property where I live and when I was not home. They let a neighbor who is a common thief pose as a concerned neighbor and removed multiple things out of my vehicle including two firearms battery charger air compressor, multiple tools etc. Then make matters worse the take vehicle I have no information on who took it where going who is behind repo and my fiance company had sold out to another company so was not able to immediately find out what had to be done. My vehicle got sold in this process and all equity I had into it gone. I am filling complaint with Better business bureau and will hire an attorney to sue for damages and felony theft. To this day I cant get ahold if then to get what remains things I have back. They won't answer phone nor did they give info

My wife’s car was recently towed and I have dealt with tow companies before and I have never heard of them making people have appointments or making people wait three days to get their vehicles or possessions out of the vehicle. We called about retrieving our car and they told us that we had to make an appointment and couldn’t schedule us until Monday and we will have to pay the accruing fines fand fees and I can’t go to work now because my equipment is in the car that they don’t want to let me retrieve I have over 3,000 dollars worth of equipment I my car. Then on top of that they were very rude with me saying that we don’t have a choice and they make the rules how ever they want and we have your car and you can’t do anything about it

Gulf Coast Asset Recovery Response • Mar 20, 2020

I received a complaint filed with the Revdex.com in the mail today. ID number with this file is 14159625. I have read the complaint and I am unable to respond in regard to this particular incident as I can not locate this name in my system. There is no notation of what car this is in reference to. We do have certain polices in regard to property and or vehicle redemption, but there are a lot of variables that would come into play as to what happened with this particular customer. If I could be given a little more detail as to who is actually filing this complaint then I can give some insight on the situation. We are not allowed to schedule appointments with out the proper release from a finance company. We have to set appointments for redemption due to the lot attendant being able to help one customer at a time. If for whatever reason we are not able to set an appointment for a customer due to all time slots being filled then we will set for the next business day and all charges, if any, would be stopped the day of the release being sent in. A repossessed vehicle is a sensitive subject to begin with so for the safety of the lot attendant and anyone else coming to redeem, the appointments have to be set, otherwise we would have a full day of customer redemption's at our gate at 9am. We always take the customers name and number in the event a time slot opens and we have definitely been able to get customers in if they are able to arrive at the time the slot opened. I do not know if when this customer called in we had the release or not. I don't know if they are referring to redemption of their car or just personal property, the complaint isn't very specific on that. If they would like to provide more information I would be more than happy to give the details on the exact redemption. Additionally, we would never tell a customer " you don't have a choice we make the rules how we want and we have your car and you cant do anything about it"Thank you,Carly DGulf Coast Asset Recovery, LLC.
