Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in aviationI ordered (and placed a deposit) my custom panel for my Velocity at Oshkosh After a million unanswered phone calls and e-mails and at least trips to Lakeland (the only way someone would actually speak to me sometimes) my panel was finally delivered (sans switch covers, labels, missing a few switches as well, etc) (actually, we had to go retrieve it) July When received, there was virtually no documentation (no circuit diagrams, etc) other than pencil marks in the margins of the various install manualsAt least 75% of the panel had been wired incorrectly and had to be redoneIt took another months of work to get the remaining items delivered and I never was able to get documentation or supportI still don't know where the wires for the dimmers are connected (and they don't work)While the price seemed good, it cost me double when you add the extra labor to actually get an operating panelNot to mention the month delay in getting the aircraft into the air

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in aviation. I ordered (and placed a deposit) my custom panel for my Velocity at Oshkosh 2012. After a million unanswered phone calls and e-mails and at least 3 trips to Lakeland (the only way someone would actually speak to me sometimes) my panel was finally delivered (sans switch covers, labels, missing a few switches as well, etc) (actually, we had to go retrieve it) July 2013. When received, there was virtually no documentation (no circuit diagrams, etc) other than pencil marks in the margins of the various install manuals. At least 75% of the panel had been wired incorrectly and had to be redone. It took another 6 months of work to get the remaining items delivered and I never was able to get documentation or support. I still don't know where the wires for the dimmers are connected (and they don't work). While the price seemed good, it cost me double when you add the extra labor to actually get an operating panel. Not to mention the 18 month delay in getting the aircraft into the air.
