weeks after cashing my deposit of $no service and no show Plenty of excuses blaming the manufacturer (***), blaming the customer (me) and now stating that my deposit is non refundable The only option they are now giving me is to purchase a new door at a much higher price compared to the competition Their installers (Ron and Adam) came and ridiculed their own estimator (Phil) and said he is too old and out of touch and that he measured the door wrong - a mistake admitted by the installers and are the experts and now I am having to pay the price and live with a broken non functional door I have spoken to other contactors - they will be able to provide the service immediately, and don't agree with the complex assessment that Phil is trying to lay on me So all I want to do is get my deposit back or complete the job as per the original contract (which was never signed by me)
