I hired Archetype Exteriors to repair my roof and install new windows They took months longer then they promised to do the work They never scheduled the inspection of the roof after they completed the work and they were supposed to based on our contract Then when I schedule the inspection by the village, the inspection failed I had to chase the owner down and call/text for weeks with no response to get them to come back out to properly repair the roof When they finally came back back out to repair the roof, I had to schedule the re-inspection again After the second inspection, the repair failed again! I called them and talked to them about the second failed inspection They promised to come back out and repair the roof, but now they have gone silent on me I've called, emailed and texted with no response It has been over a month since the second failed inspection and they won't return calls, emails or text messages I need to have my roof repaired properly to pass in
