We used GCI on our realtor's recommendation specifically because of his EIFS experience. He performed the inspection and determined there was no moisture of concern. A year later, we are stuck with significant, expensive repairs because he overlooked a very significant error by the builder (no flashing) and YEARS of water intake in the walls. But of course, he has zero liability. I am left completely unimpressed with his services and unable to recommend him.
