We have made attempts to make the repairs each time to find a locked gate or dogs in the yard We left a business card on the door each timeWhile the term grout failed, yes concrete shrinks in the curing process and will separate from the edge as a hairline crack The fix is simple to fill the crack with new grout, which we are happy to do The overflow drain was disturbed or buried during the landscape portion of the job, and needs to be uncovered If the pump has a leak it is covered by a year warranty from the equipment manufacturer who has a tech available at the number on the warranty card which was filled out during our final walk throughGulf Coast Pools Llc is willing to take care of the issues mentioned, but we must have access to the yard Thank You
