In regards to the filed complaint by Mr [redacted]. The work has been completed with the exception of the bath tub. I explained to Mr. [redacted] that after a few attempts that I would not be able to help him with this item. As such Mr [redacted] added other repairs which we completed and credited the...

deposit for the tub towards the final invoice. These work orders were submitted to his extended warranty policy for payment to him. Which leaves an open balance of $638.00 to me. These invoices were completed in July which he signed. As of 9-20-16 the balance still has not been paid.

I am rejecting this response because:while the work was "complete " according to him. I called because the work he did NOT fix the water heater. I called and was told he would be back on the next day to fix it AGAIN and never showed. I called three times and his voice mail is always full. As for the tub we had a contract to fix it. It is not my problem that his supplier did not send the right part. If he had checked when the part first arrived instead of waiting a month he might of been able to fulfill the agreement. He also set up two appointments to install the tub but never showed up for either. Gulf Coast RV will never do any work for me again and I am seaking legal advice at this time. You can also inform them that they are NOT to come to my trailer
