We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that our customer has experienced with getting replacement parts from our window vendor however we have all parts on order and as soon as they arrived we will contact the customer and arrange for a priority delivery and installation

As per your request, we have previously responded to our customer's Revdex.com complaint regarding the "live music" penetrating their homeUnfortunately, they are under the belief that a double pane insulated replacement window will totally eliminate the exterior noise from the rock band that is reflecting music off of their lakeAs stated previously with our customer, we don't believe that their is any replacement window on the market that will solely sound proof a residence against extreme levels of musicWe are convinced that our customer would need to insulate their walls, roof and every part of their home that is facing the lake with acoustic material prior to adding additional laminated glass to their new windows

We have nothing further to add about her unfounded accusationsShe believes what she believes, regardless of the truthWe have never had a customer like her in our entire year history and are very grateful for that fact

The company has completed the customer's service request and we believe that the customer is now satisfied with our resolution

Our original complaint was submitted on ***12:32:PM against Gulf Coast Windows & Energy Products, IncOur complaint was assigned ID ***Revdex.com closed this complaint prematurelyThe last contact from Gulf Coast Windows through Revdex.com was on *** stating "All parts have just arrived and we will be scheduling with customer this week to resolve all issues." To date Gulf Coast Windows has NOT calledWe have checked our caller ID daily to see if there might be a missed callThere is nothing; no contact at all from Gulf Coast WindowsWe are very frustrated and very angryI do not know what it takes to get the job done but Gulf Coast Windows does not seem capableI have a broken window frame and a window sash that is not acceptableGulf Coast Windows has Service Sheet *** dated ***/*** which states the same thingThis service sheet also states that the job is not completeWe believe the statement by Gulf Coast Windows on *** to be falseThis is rapidly being viewed as a disreputable company that is not worthy of a favorable Revdex.com rating.TranslateDesired Settlement / OutcomeDesired Settlement:selectDesired Outcome:We want the job finishedWe are tired of wondering when it will be done! Unfortunately we were not able to complete the service todayThe manufacturer sent the glass in wrong, againWe immediately contacted the manufacturer and they are rushing the new glass, it will be here on *** ***We will contact customer immediately upon receipt to scheduleWe were able to replace the frame today, only item left is the glass which will taken care of as a priority

We deeply apologize to the customer for the defective manufacture's frame and will contact the customer to order the new part and resolve the problem as soon as the re-make arrives at our warehouse

The Company had ordered new replacement glass to replace defective glass and glazing made by manufactureNew replacement was shipped to our warehouse in Houston and we scheduled a service appointment on week of 9/
Unfortunately, after arriving at customer's home almost hours from our warehouse, the service techs realized that the replacement glass unit was mis-made by manufacture by one inch (1")
We reordered new glass unit, which is scheduled to arrive during week of 9/After receiving and inspecting the new glass unit, we will reschedule appointment with customer to replace manufacture's defective glass unitComplaint should be resolved no later than 10/15/

We would have been happy to replace her door, but her requirement for our product to match EXACTLY her existing year old other door in the same frame was an unrealistic requirement

The only reason we wanted additional money was to do a complete double door system, which would be adding another doorThis is what she has nowWe were willing to do that door for half priceIt is impossible for us to exactly match her existing year old door as I have already statedOur contract does not say we will match her door exactly, only an exact color matchI can install a door that will be the same color, but nothing else will matchWe only discovered that she wanted an exact match through our production process, once we discovered that the only acceptable door is an exact match, we immediately informed her that what she wanted, which again isn't written in the contract, could not be done
We have refunded her deposit and will not be adding $to that amountWe consider this matter closed and our position is firmShe can keep asking and keep complaining to you and every other internet place she can find, which she already has, but we can't make what she wants, regardless of her opinion or thoughts on the matter

We did respond on July 11, customer confirmed there is no resolution possibleAgain we can not build the door EXACTLY like she wantsWe cancelled her order and gave her a full refund, not sure what else you are referring to? Please reread our response on July Thank you

We apologize for not keeping the customer updated on the delivery of the (2) window sashes, however we escalated the customer service to a "priority status" and have received a signed service order from the customer stating that the service was completed on 7/15/

Company representative spoke with customer on October 14, to advise that new window would be shipped to our facility on week of October,
Company also advised customer that after receiving delivery, we would inspect window and call to schedule service appointment
Customer stated that he was "satisfied that we were providing new window instead of replacement frame parts."
Company will; have completed service request and satisfy Revdex.com complaint no later than 11/9/

Unfortunately our composite/fiberglass door will not provide an exact match to her year old wood doorWe can get an exact color match as is stated in our contractWhen we discovered that the customer was expecting an exact match in everyway to her existing door, we explained that that was not
possible and that the only way to make her other door match was to replace it with a new doorWe were willing to do this at half price, but that was unacceptable for herThese doors are actually connected and there is simply no way to do exactly what she wantsOur representative was doing everything he could to provide her with the least expensive option, but her need for it to be identical is impossible for our company
I tried to explain the options to her again on 6/30/2015, twice, but unless the answer was an exact match or do the second door for free, no solution was acceptable to her
We would never promise a to week install on any product it takes that much time for the job to get to the production departmentWe tell all of our customers that our completion time is typically to weeks depending on the product
We are providing her with a full refund and cancelling her contract

We are sincerely sorry for our customer's dissatisfaction with the level of noise being heard inside their home (which is caused by the outside "live music" in their neighborhood.)While our state of the art high quality double pane - - argon gas filled - - thermal replacement windows
(with "over the stud" installation) are proven in testing chambers to "reduce decibel levels", there are other dynamics in standard house construction that will still allow loud "concert level" live music (or airplanes) to permeate through the walls and windows of a homeWhile we are extremely committed to satisfying every customer, we do not believe that windows or glass of any type will alone sound proof a house
