Gulf Gas Station - Hope St., Stamford

I went to the Gulf Gas Station and asked the gas clerk for $15 worth of gas, he was on his phone and barely paying attention. I told him once more that I needed $15 worth of gas. He proceeds to put $25 worth of gas, when I informed him that he had over charged me he brushed me off as if he didn’t care, I asked to speak to his manager he told me he was the manager. He then proceeded to tell me to come back later and he will give me what he owes me because I am a familiar customer. I refused and he then gave me $7 I told him that this is not what I wanted I wanted what he owes me, he told me to be happy with what I got because he does not have to give me anything. This is the second time I have been overcharged by this same clerk for not paying attention.
