We built a home in Ozaukee County with Kaerek homes ten years ago About a year ago, a few corner beads started popping creating cracks in our drywall along the seams of the corner beadsAt first, we patched them ourselves thinking that these were isolated incidentsHowever, it is now happening all over the houseOn June 11, 2018, I called Kaerek to find out what they recommended that we doAfter explaining why I was calling to the woman who answered the phone, I was transferred to the warranty department and had to leave a message for NancyI never received a call back from herTwo days later, a Kaerek employee stopped at our house to take picturesHe told me that Nancy had sent him because she wanted to make sure that it wasn't just wear and tearAfter seeing all the cracks, he told me that it is clearly an issue with the corner beads and that he would show the pictures to Nancy After not hearing from Kaerek at all after that, I again called on June and left a voicemail I received no call back I called again on June and left a voicemail and I sent an email This time, Nancy called me back "Ma'am, you don't have a warranty on your drywall anymore," was the first thing that she said after telling me who she wasI told her that I knew that there was no warranty; however, corner beads should not be popping and dry wall should not be cracking throughout the whole house when it is only ten years oldNancy was incredibly rude, talking over me and raising her voice throughout the whole conversationIn the end, she blamed the dry wall companyShe told me that there was nothing she could do for me and transferred me to Mike Kaerek's voicemail boxI left a message and never received a call back from himWe have now had to hire a dry wall company to redo all of the corners in our entire houseThis should not happen in a house that is only ten years old

We signed a contract with *** home Inc (KHL) to build a h**se in Waukesha C**nty on March 15, and paid them deposit $On the sign up day, we also got their cancellation policy indicating: cancellation after mameeting will cost us $from **r deposit money, cost us $after plan are drafted and $after survey On March 22, we had a first make up meeting with their Architectural Designer to discuss the lot placement, try to get quote for extra window in kitchen, quote for raising the kitchen ceiling, quote for door in basement, etcThe designer asked us to sign a c**ple of drafts so she c**ld make formal print-**t for us Then, on following Monday (March 27), the Designer sent us the credits we w**ld earn and extra we w**ld pay based on what we quotedWhile we were reviewing those quotes, on March 28, the Designer emailed us the formal lot placement print**t and asked us to confirm in order for designer to apply for survey, I emailed back stating that I wa

We finished building in November of according to kaerek they finally finished our list of repairs however our roof is still missing shingles and our windows are warped both we reported in the year we had to report issues we are now being told it will cost us $an hour for them to do their job for s new home we live the design but the actual hose not so much next year we will be retooling and replacing the windows the amount of air coming in from windows gave my mom frost bite on her feet we are told this is normal? Very dissatisfied with kaerek homes will not use them to build again

We thought that buying from Kaerek was going to be a positive experience because we had heard very good things about them Unfortunately this was not the case We were constantly being made to feel as though we were incompetent and what we were asking to be fixed within the House was too much We hadn’t even moved into the house yet and we’re asking fo minor things to be redoneThe biggest disappointment of all was the yard The landscaper (Luxury Stone and Landscaping) they used doesn’t even have a website or there’s no way of checking their workThey insisted on laying the sod and building the retaining wall late November and needless to say it is horrificThe entire yard needs to be regarded we have had separate lans aping complies come thru to look at the yard, retaining wall and the drainage from the gutters and can’t believe someone could do work like thisWe have been trying to get an apt set up to get a plan in place to get this fixedThey on,y know how to e,ail they can’t even pick up the phone to set this upTrying to get an answer from the actual landscape company is another storyDo Not use Kaerek their customer service is awful!!!!!!

Kaerek is the worst!!! Please don’t be fooled by the A ratingTheir customer service is horrendousThey do not care at all about satisfied customersOur $350,is years old and already had the bathtub leak causing the downstairs ceiling to need complete repairThey WILL NOT FIX IT because they only guarantee work for a yearIf I had the money to sue them or bring them down, I wouldShame on you, Kaerek you greedy, selfish people
