I worked with people at Gulf Coast over a few weeks to negotiate the purchase of a 30th anniversary Cougar We agreed to a price, form of payment and date of saleI'm out of state, would be flying in, they agreed to pick me up at the airport with the CougarI would drive it back to the office and finalize the sale I originally wanted to use an escrow account and transportation company, Gulf South did not want to use an escrow and initially offered to purchase my airfare Then stated they would knock $off the purchase price for my airfare I agreed, booked travel, confirmed my flight number with them I then received a call the day before stating they had sold the car over the weekend Sorry I'm now out $for a plane ticket I know it's not their responsibility for the ticket, but there was no offer of compensation, assistance to find a replacement vehicle, etc

This business promised a warranty with the suv I purchased at no cost to meAfter being rushed through the paperwork I realized they added the cost of the warranty without my knowledge! They promised to reimburse my finance company and never fulfilled that promiseNow they are not going to reimburse me nor my financial institutionI will have to take them to court to get things right! Beware of their hustle, and do not trust them! Buy somewhere else!

This was a very quick easy purchaseWillis was a very knowledgeable sales person and I made a great deal after shopping for months, very good interest rates on my loan
Worst dealership ever! More like worst car LOT, I wouldn't even consider these guys a dealership! Buyer beware! The men who work at this place are liars! They told us what we needed to hear in order to get us there. Drove 2 hours just to caught them in lie after lie. They get all their vehicles real cheap to only turn around and mark-up the price real high and make you believe you are getting a good deal. First lie- Was told the vehicle had been in ONE MINOR accident; got to the car lot and found out it was 2 accidents and one was MAJOR in which the vehicle had to be towed away. Second lie- Was told a price out the door over the phone and when we discussed price at car lot, the "main" boss/owner was irate at his rep for giving me that price and told us (in a very angry tone) "I refuse to lose money on this deal." Real mature, sir. The boss was an older gentlemen but I know kids who treat people with more respect. Save your time/money/troubles and don't do business with them! Lots more
