any law or the FDCPA as we are not third party collectors and have her signature allowing such calls. In fact we have found that many customers appreciate the telephone call as it goes a long way in preventing possible late fees.
Nonetheless, at this time, I have directed the office to cease all telephone communication and have confirmed that her account card has been marked accordingly.

NO I don't, I did received a call from [redacted](regional manager) and far from trying to resolve the matter I felt he was just making a collection call, I felt he did have an attitude and among a few other things he was very clear and telling me to pay my bill and walk away there was a contract sign and account need it to be move to the next level, he advised me to read the law and he was entitled to call me at work and as many times as he need it to..there has never been a time I have denied my debt with this 2 sister company's. At some point he did stated calls were going to be stop to my work however this will not be the 1st or second time I advised them I can not receive personal calls at work, for them to say some customers appreciate the calls at work on my case from day one they knew that wasn't the case with me and if I get behind on my loan I do understand the part where I will have late fees which they all been pay and continue to be paid until my debt gets cover in full because not once they give me credit for any late fees.

Upon review, we find the Trans Union report to be accurate. The Gentry Finance account is listed as "Closed Due to Transfer" with a zero balance. While the Your Credit account reflects a balance due; I understand this was paid in full on May 26, 2017. It will be updated and reflected on the Trans Union report after our next reporting cycle.
