Gulf Stream Restoration & Cleaning

I have never been happier with a construction company. From the minute I contacted Joe to the completion of the project, we were handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. He was constantly in contact with us about scheduling and everything was done within the timeline he set forth. The work was beautiful and I am recommending this company to anyone who needs work done. The crew was professional, clean, and super efficient. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company!

Unsatisfactory, Workers did a good job, but the owner always had numerous excuses, for not showing up my contract stated that the job was to start on 7/25/17 I waited until 1:00 that day I called the owner Joe when he came he stated that his partner judy put the wrong date in but that was a lie because when I signed the contract he stated he would see me on the 25th, continous excuses he stated he emaile me but my computer is not working properly so you would think if I did not respond he would call me, again it was a constant issue to get this bathroom remodel done, than when it was finished there were a couple of items that needed attention, I called at least 3 times, his excuse was that he was 71 years old the next issue was that I had two saddles for the bathrooms that I had purchased when I asked him where the other saddle was he and his worker said that the men took it I asked him to bring it back, but of course that never happened ,finally my daughter called him and he did send one of his workers to finish the grout but not the other issues, and his worker stated he would call the owner and when I pressed him for when he would be back he said at 2:00 that day but again he did not show up, the owner Joe was very quick to ask for payment but is a very poor businessman and the job is still not finished.
