I went to this gas station and told the gas station attendant that I wanted of gas regularHe took my credit card and walked away.I looked at the gas pump and saw that it was going over five dollarsI got out of the car and walked over to where he was and told him I only wanted five dollars and you still have the gas pumping He took his sweet time to walk over to the pump and tells me he heard me wrong he thought I said fill it upwhich is a big fat lieI told him in the car and when I walked over to him specifically five dollarsIf they have a camera they will see this happened at 4:42pmA gray mustang.Then he goes did I want if he prior told me he thought I wanted it filled up why would he ask do I want where does he except more dollars of gas to go if he said he filled it up cause thats what he thought he heard twice.so we told him credit card only had funds of and now I am going to overdraft cause he billed me for and he sid well it

Walk into this station for the second time due to location only. Purchased a drink and two morning type fruit pies. The attendant was on a phone at 6:15 am I let another person go in front of me. The attendant was very harsh and rude at best. Shocking a older man mid 60's I asked him about a lottery ticket at the same time . He became rude and said what I have been only open for 20 min . I don't have the money , I said on no issue . I will just buy these items I paid for them and asked him about the date on the Hostess pies because they felt stiff , he was nasty, rude and he said what are you threat me.. I was shocked and said what ? I asked him what did you say.. So I left this guy was nasty , rude . I opened the apple pie Hostess , It was took a few bites and then threw it on my passenger floor board. I then took the other one in to my office , called Hostess. Wow what they proceed to tell me, No date code because the business did not put it on the item, They have the process if a Hostess delivery person stocks them they are dated if the business stocks them they don't date them or they the business has a choice not to date them. So as one could imagine this business is shady and would rather sell outdate food items to customers then lose a few dollars. How a why do people act and practice these type of techniques .Desired SettlementI request a full refund and apology in writing and a purchase date on the food products this place is selling.Or I will assure the business I will proceed further legal action.
