I gave Kevin and Gulfshore Platium a $500 deposit to remove a dead tree and replace it. He never performed the services and has failed to return my deposit. I will never hire Kevin or Gulfshore Platium again.

Kevin M[redacted] seems to be the only contact at Gulfshore Platinum Services. He is a man of a million excuses and of poor or non-existent service. Poor quality grass was installed on 2/8/16 -- with a one-year warranty. Some treatment was applied in March 2016. In August 2016, I again complained about dying grass and weeds. Photos of bad lawn sent 11/28/16. Received dozens of excuses for not doing the work thru December. Then, someone placed sod on top of bare spots, but did not plant it. Email I sent 12/23/16: You have been making promises about our front lawn for many months. You continually propose a day for the work, then you do not show up. Finally, my husband had to plant some of the sod that was just sitting on top of the lawn -- I sent you photos of the problem. Other pieces of the replaced sod are still not even with the ground. You also promised more sod for empty and dead areas. Also, you were going to do something about all the weeds! I understand that you have had family problems. But, couldn't your workers be told what to do? We paid you lots of money for a beautiful front lawn. When are you going to fulfill the warranty? 12/30/16: No more e-mail promises were ever received from Kevin and he did not return phone calls.
