Hello,I just found this in my spam folderI am reaching out to *** todayI have called and left a voicemail. I have read the complaint, and I do not agree 100%We had issues with insurance because we did not have both policies at the time of services were renderedAfter we did
receive the additional insurance information the claims were re filedHowever this is a lengthy process since multiple insurance departments have to get involvedHowever I am going to speak to my staff today, since they never notified me of Mr*** coming to speak to meI have been traveling between offices and seems that I have missed Mr*** when he came by the office. I am more than glad to get this resolved with Mr***, however we had to wait on insurance claims to be refilled and payment adjustments to be made before any refunds are issued. that reason we are not able to perform surgical procedures when our patient’s blood pressure does not allow it due to the high risks involved. The credit card company refunded my money and resolved the issue.
