Ms [redacted] settled on her home on March 31,As stated in the complaint, the one year inspection yielded minimal to no issues and all of the items were addressed by Gulfstream to her satisfaction After the 1year warranty period was over, we have not received any calls from Ms*** reporting issues with the home until her correspondence of March 26, 2015.From her complaint, it appears that she had various contractors perform work in her rental unit. The contractors she hired are not affiliated nor were they ever hired by Gulfstream to do any work before or after her home was builtAs far as we can gather, she was told by a contractor she hired, that there was a short found in the thermostat wiring that could cause a fire We understand that the low voltage wire was pulled and the wiring was checked and no short was found We were informed that there was a pile of amp fuses (not the correct 3amp fuses) next to the fuse box We do not know if her renters or the contractors she hired were using the incorrect fuses, which may have caused the circuit control board to blow.In regards to the HVAC, the installer gives a one year warranty and the manufacturer gives a year warranty The microwave was replaced, most likely due to misuse and not an electrical problem, as none were found There were no reported problems with the range.Ms***' letter to us was somewhat unclear in areas but the above is our best attempt to explain her problemHer home is over years old and we were never notified of any problems until various contractors had already worked on her problems, with varying resultsWe do not take any resonsibly for work performed by other contractors.many hundra.s of homes and tand behind our work when we feel it is warrantedresponsibly/a d in good consalous, will not reimburse the complainant

Review: I had a house build by this company in 2011 and after 3 years the central air, microwave range and the furnace all broke that cost me thousands of dollars to fix. I want the Company GulfStream LLC to stand by there work and contractors work and reimburse me. See below letter I sent to Gulf Stream attention: [redacted] I am a homeowner at the [redacted] and one of the pioneers as I was the third build in the development. Gulf Streams came highly recommended to me. I watched the development grow and I have heard many complaints from various home owners. Your Lead man [redacted] and his crew did a wonderful job and my 0ne year inspection yielded minimal to no issues. I have not reached my fourth anniversary in my home and have recently incurred costs that to some may be minor but to me created financial set back. This past summer my A/C unit failed and last week my furnace and microwave failed. These product even if they arent of superior grade should surely be worry free for a minimum of 5 to 10 years. With the furnace failing, microwave failing and plumbers needed to be called in to drain the lines to prevent further damage of freezing pipelines. That being said, as most upstanding companies do, I think Gulf Stream should stand behind their product and compensate me for my losses incurred. Please see attached invoices from companies that billed me for their service.Desired Settlement: $2,041.00
