Gulfstream Property and Casualty Insurance Company

This company is truly terribleWe began our insurance with them in August, they had all of our inspections, etc and sent out their own inspector about a month after we began coverageThe inspector had no bad things to say during inspection and confirmed that the areas of concern at purchase had been addressedTHREE months later we get an "urgent" email telling us that our roof, which is a year old metal roof with little rust on it that did not come up as a problem in either inspection has to be ENTIRELY replaced within days to continue coverageWhat a crooked business this is to first have the audacity to demand something to laughable, and second to do it four months after we began coverage! They have had no information in this time and this is something that should have come up from the inspections and been told to us up front which would obviously have caused us to find a different company- which we are now doingReally a terrible business and I will be sure to spread the wordThe silver lining to this all is that the new insurance company that we found gave us a much better rate and has no problem with our perfectly fine roof
