inspection and did not notice that tenants had broken the bed frame Tenants attempted to put the two legs back in place so it would appear they were not broken The next tenants check in on 3/31/That night when they went to bed, immediately the legs bent back I was notified at that moment that the bed frame was broken We had no way of knowing until there was weight on the bedIn reference to the $deposit On 3/22/ a check in the amount of $was mail to Mr*** unaware at that time that the bed frame was broken He had provided us the mailing address to send back the deposit and he never received the check We were communicating back and forth until he requested another check be mailed to him At that time, I informed him the need to put a stop payment of that check incurring the cost of $I also informed him of the broken bed frame I told him that the charge would be taken off the second check When we requested the address for the second check, he provided us with a different address We reissued the check with the deduction of $for stop payment and $for the bed frameHe is questioning if we wrote the first check I could not have put a stop payment on a check that was not issued I am attaching copy of bank's stop paymentIt is so disappointing that these Spring Breakers attempt to misuse another persons properly and try to cover up their damages.
