My family and I stayed at Aquavista Resort for the first timeWe loved itThe condo was nicely furnished and decoratedComfortable furniture and bedsThe condo has a lot of windows with an over sized balcony, pool and hot tub with a sunset viewThis place is not too big and its not overcrowdedWe were on a tight budget this yearGulfView Properties did an excellent job choosing the right property for usTheir customer service is excellent, my condo was spotlessWe were across the street from Winn Dixie and a liquor storePier Park was a mile down the roadIt was perfectI will use GulfView Properties every time we visit Panama City Beach

I was referred to GulfView Properties by a friend whom stays with GulfView Properties every year for their vacations and getaways to Panama City BeachMy wife and I had a great experience as wellWe get a live person every time we callGulfView Properties were professional, reasonably priced and straight forwardWe loved them so much, we joined their teamWe now get to provide the great experience we had to others

we were refunded a night stay that was not used but not the sales taxwe have not been refunded our security deposit after a month and a half
in October 2018, we rented a unit from Gulfview Properties and purchased an extra eighth nightDue to hurricane Michael, we had to leave early and Gulfview Properties agreed to refund us our extra dayI have contacted them three times about the taxes we paid on the 135$ nightly rental also being returnedWe have also asked about the return of our 250$ security depositThey keep saying they will have to check on this and call me backThey have never called me back on thisOn November 12, Gulfview properties posted on their Facebook sight that they were fully up and running with internet service and everything elseWe called them on November to ask them about our security deposit of 250$ being returned and once again was told the owner would call usOne week prior to this we had requested our security deposit mailed to us in a check b
