Revdex.com Complaint Dept Case # *** • We repaired Mr*** truck radio on 5/19/and returned unit to customer with a one year warranty on the repairs • We did not receive any email notifications regarding this and no call from the customer about any Issue, we became aware

[redacted]   I am writing in response to a letter received at the end of January.  My apologies for not responding sooner as I just received notice of this complaint.   We wanted to write and let you know that we are in touch with the customer and have attempted to offer a solution...

with respect to the product.  We have offered to replace the product with a similar or better uniform.  If that option wasn't good we have offered a 500.00 refund towards the order.  Initially the client was requesting a full refund of 636.00 and had stated that she would not return the merchandise until the refund was issued.  We have been willing and eager to resolve this matter with the client.  Our policy states that orders that are customized can not be return as the product is specific to their needs.  Even so we have been willing to offer a 500.00 refund or replace the order with no additional charges to be incurred by the client.  In closing please let me know if there is anything else needed to resolve this matter.  American Sport strives to make sure that the workmanship and quality meets and exceeds customer expectation.  This complaint is the first of its kind towards American Sports and we are eager to find a solution as soon as possible.     Sincerely

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I find it quite curious that after I emailed them (on Feb 3rd) to let them know the Revdex.com had closed the case and referred me to the Delaware Attorney Generals office due to their failure to respond to my complaint, they THEN filed a response with you immediately and claimed they had JUST received the complaint. This speaks volumes to the unprofessional manner in which they handle business. I fail to see the logic in their claim that they are being generous in offering me $500 which is $136 short of what I paid them and I would still be out the money to ship the uniforms back to them. As I stated in my original complaint, I completely understand their return policy and would agree and comply with IF the reason for return was our fault. They failed to deliver what was ordered (switching sizes and poor quality printing) which made the jerseys un-wearable. We paid $636 for jerseys in November. It is now mid-February and my team has played their entire season in OLD jerseys because American Sports fails to stand behind the quality of their product. The only resolution I will accept is a full refund in the amount of $636; we will still be out the cost of shipping the defective product back to them.Thank you,
