I recently purchased trial sizes of Dermaserre face cream and eye cream. The prices were $4.95 and $4.97. I checked carefully on the webpages to make sure I was not signing up for future shipments as I'm always careful when trial sizes are sold. I did receive the 2 products. Then about 2 weeks later, I saw 2 new charges on my credit card from this company for amounts of $89.96 and $84.95. I was shocked and angry. I called Dermaserre and the representative said it was clear on the website that I was signing up for monthly shipments. I know it was not and I've since looked at website again to confirm this. She insisted and became rude to me. Finally after I continually asked to cancel all orders and refund my money, she offered to refund 30% of the cost. I said she could do that but I am still due the full amount. I'm very worried they will continue to charge me and my only recourse will be to cancel my credit card. This is outrageous. I've looked at some websites that do company reviews and see that many people have been scammed by this company.
