I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
I am very dissapointed that the response the owner submitted to the Revdex.com included "alternative facts"/untruthful statementsThe message I posted on *** is the same message I posted on the Revdex.com *** The owner did in fact, state she needed to go to the grocery store to buy items to fulfill the cake orderI never said she didn't answer the phone, because she called meThis is very dissapointingI still want a refundI do not want another cake from this establishment, especially after reading the untruthful statements in her response.
