I think the easy way is calling ATF to see when *** *** update their addressOr If Gunprodeal knew their license address was not the address above when they recommended to me, why gunprodeal still give a me the address other than the FFL license address to pick up? What kind of deal between gunprodeal and *** ***? As I said, I don't mind going there DURING the business hours and pay a fee to pick up or the gunprodeal rearrange shippment to the FFL I preferredI have attached email communication with ***

Customer reached out to us on 3/regarding his order that shipped via UPS Mail Innovations (Tracking Number: ***)We promptly filed a claim with UPS and a search with USPS and informed him that sometimes this could take several daysWe provided proof and assurance that he
would receive his order or a full refundWe received a reply from him thanking us for the assistanceAround twelve hours later we received the attached seven emails in a six hour time frameAs you can see these emails are extremely vulgar and threateningThe customer continued to send repetitive vulgar emails like the ones attached so we had to permanently block his accountA refund was issued

Gun Pro has done their part and delivered the items to [redacted] located at [redacted]. This address matches your receipt, the ATF’s database and [redacted]s FFL license. Copies were provided in our prior response. If the proof from the ATF database or the copy of their FFL is not enough then please contact the ATF for further questions. Your appointment time for pickup at [redacted] has nothing to do with Gun Pro and we will not get involved. The only thing that Gun Pro can do for you is process a return if you do not want to work out a pickup time with [redacted]. This will be our final reply as this is not productive for any of the parties involved.

The credit card transaction ID for your $84.87 refund is [redacted]. Please provide proof from your bank that the refund was not received. Your bank can email or fax something on their letter head to [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you.

We have been through this several times now. You were informed that the answer was not going to change even after you threatened to open this complaint through the Revdex.com. We cannot send firearms to an FFL with an expired license. The FFL that you chose is willing to work with you. You simply do not...

want to respect their time. You have two choices at this point. One - you can pick up your order at the FFL you chose at the time of your order. Two - you can choose not to pick up your order, return it, and receive your partial refund that is laid out in writing in the terms you agreed to when you placed your order. We will no longer continue to go back and forth with you in regards to this matter. Detailed explanations and options have been communicated to you by four different staff members.
