I made a purchase for a shirt on March 30, 2020, for an olive colored 2XL “Truly Savage” t-shirt, order #1015. I received an order confirmation email the same day and the money was taken from my account that night for the shirt. Since, I have not heard anything on what is going on with my order, I have not received it, I have not heard if they are making it, no word on when it will ship. I have sent multiple emails and left multiple voice messages and no one has gotten back to me. I would love to still receive the shirt, but after a month of silence, I’m not sure whether I was scammed or what. I have purchased from this company before so I thought they were a legitimate company, but it was at a convention face to face. I would love to hear what is going on, or even better, receive what I paid for!
This is in response to this complaint, the customer and I are currently resolving the issue. The product was delayed in shipping out because of COVID 19.
