Hello, I provided my correct address as *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** ***This is my correct adress and the way I normally provide it when ordering online This is also how my address appears on my driver's license I often order online from the US using my address in this same format and have not once had an issue with it. I have attached a screen shot of the address page that Gunas provided at the time I placed my order I have also provided a screen shot of the confirmation received by Gunas showing my correct address as I provided it to them. Lisa at Gunas maintains that it is not there fault that the package was not shipped to me they orginally blamed Canada Post for refusing to deliver the package When I pointed out to Lisa they did in fact send my package to the wrong address she advised *** changed the address that Gunas provided with them I have provided a screen shot of this as well. Now the story is that it is my fault for not stating that was my unit number (again screen shot provided), In the last few days I have noticed that Gunas has changed their entry screen for the shipping address on their website requiring a separate box for the unit number, but that was not the case back in December when I placed my order Gunas has also deleted my account with them(see screenshot)What really frustrates me the most is that all I really wanted is to receive my product, through out this in a reasonable time Gunas has blamed everyone else and not taken any responsibility and have never apologized to me The have blamed me and advised that I am not a profitable transaction, they have lost money on me for the shipping and it is somehow my fault Thank you, *** ***

Please note that the buyer has clearly agreed to our store policies by making a purchase on our siteOur Store policy states that if an incorrect address is provided, GUNAS is not liable for the shipping fees associated with itThe customers order qualified for free shipping, which was honored the
first time it was shippedThe box was returned to us because the customer did not clearly state that the Apartment numberIt was combined with the street and building number so the ** *** *** automatically adjusted it and deleted the apartment numberDue to this the box was returned to us twiceWe requested the buyer to pay for shipping assuring her that if the mistake was on our part we would refund the shipping feeHowever when the box was received we noticed that the Apartment number was not stated on a separate line as provided by the buyer at the time of placing the orderDue to these reasons we cannot refund the shipping feesWe already paid to have the box express shipped for nearly $after it was returned to us for the 3rd timeThank you

[Your Answer Here]Please note that the company is intentionally providing misleading information I initially sent pictures for the original defective purse on January ** and was sent a replacement No address, packaging, or return instructions were ever provided at any time After the second purse was found to have the SAME defect, I sent pictures of the second purse on February ** after repeated attempts to contact the company as noted in my original complaint I also at multiple points during this process offered to send both defective purses back to the company if required I am willing to accept the company's offer for a refund in exchange for the defective products, but I do not have any information on where to send the defective products as the company discontinued communication with me after I asked for a refund

We have already issued the customers refund. Please close this complaint! We cannot refund the shipping fees. As per our store policy it clearly states that shipping fees are non refundable! There was nothing wrong with the bag he purchased.

 I'm answering on behalf of my wife, because it was my gift to her. Pictures submitted to business clearly displays defects (same as picture attached by business)I'm asking only for prepaid shipping label in order not to loose money on return shippingPictures of defective bag attached (Seller have better resolution photos)

Today I received a shabbily packed purse. No packing slip, no package protection, no notification that they had shipped it. Nothing. I received the purse so the case is resolved. I just want to note that Gunas never contacted me in any way to apologize or explain what...

happened.

Hi there, Please note that the customer was sent a replacement bag as soon as he informed us about the defects. After a few days of receiving the replacement bag he sent us the same picture (of the first bag) showing the same defect, tampering with the product and breaking off the magnet...

and claiming that it was in fact the second bag that had also fallen apart. We have sold several of these bags to many of our customers. You may find reviews here online of genuine verified buyers. [redacted]This product is not faulty and does not have a manufacturing defect. If the buyer would like a refund he needs to send us both the faulty bags back. We have not received a return for this either. We do not believe that our product has any manufacturing defects. Thank you,Sugandh
