Thank you for making us aware of the report filed with Revdex.comWe have looked into the complaint filed by Mr .***We have done everything in our power to correct the orderThe order was for two parts
We where able to only provide one to the specifications Mr*** wantedWe did give him a full refund on the part that we could not provideHe was not charged anything over and beyond what he was originally quoted, that includes restock fee's.
I was able to shake Mr***s hand when he left our store, he said he was satisfied with the completion of the order.

I ordered parts from Gundie's Auto @ Truck A hatch and a bumper from the web site by "stock number " (from a pictures you can see the car with the stock number) an and it was a silver hatch and silver Bumper from a Prius I gave him the model and year and stock number he looked up stock and price and he said he had them but not in town and I ask they are silver right? he said yes gave him my visa when the parts came in one was red and the other dark gray and a third one part that they took off my bill he said it must of be damaged so they send a other one the dark gray bumper (no call on that either) now I told them am not taking it I ordered silver parts not red and dark graythey said they swap it out with the right color no refund but he needed the color code off my car so drove home gave him the color code and he said I have it in silver and I offered the stock number againi can see it it damage and see the colorhe said am going by the color code not stock number ended up onl
