To whom it may concern,
Thank you for making us aware of the report filed with Revdex.com. We have looked into the complaint filed by Mr .[redacted]. We have done everything in our power to correct the order. The order was for two parts....

We where able to only provide one to the specifications Mr. [redacted] wanted. We did give him a full refund on the part that we could not provide. He was not charged anything over and beyond what he was originally quoted, that includes restock fee's. 
 
I was able to shake Mr. [redacted]s hand when he left our store, he said he was satisfied with the completion of the order.
