Although there are many issues with communication on this project, we will try to limit it to the items mentioned in the complaint We originally submitted the utility bill information under ***’s name When the application was rejected we were told by [redacted] to submit the utility bill under the name of his wife [redacted] The application was rejected the second time because the billing name with PG&E was under her maiden name not [redacted] We contacted Windy to ask for a copy of her electric bill so that we could correct the application She said she would mail a copy to us at that timeAfter two weeks, when we still hadn’t received a copy of the bill we contacted her again She said she had sent it a day or so after she spoke to us, so we sent a driver out to pick up a copy of the bill in person so that we could get paid the outstanding balance of the project and submit the application properlyWe resubmitted the application with the required correction and were able to grandfather the rebate amount to the prior date on the customer’s behalf (this took a few weeks of back and forth)There was no rebate penalty due to the delay and the rebate amount was approved for $2, not $1, We contacted Home upgrade and they informed us that there was a funding mistake from PG&E and that the balance should be sent out shortly As far as the certificate, we will send another one in the mail today As far as Gundlach’s supposed liability as to the amount of the rebate payment We cannot control nor promise any rebate amounts from PG&EIt is impossible to determine exactly how well the home will test out until the project is finished In addition, the programs are very fluid and change on a regular basisWe can only share what other customers have received for similar projects On 5/14/we forgave the delinquent balance of the original project in the amount of $in exchange for their forfeiture of the year A/C labor warranty a $valueWe have been more than fair with this customer and have a detailed communication time line we can provide if necessary

""> We originally submitted the utility bill
information under ***’s name. When the
application was rejected we were told by *** to submit the utility bill under
the name of his wife *** ***. The
application was rejected the second time because the billing name with PG&E
was under her maiden name not ***.
We contacted Windy to ask for a copy of her electric bill so that we
could correct the application. She said
she would mail a copy to us at that timeAfter two weeks, when we still hadn’t
received a copy of the bill we contacted her again. She said she had sent it a day or so after

date on the customer’s behalf (this took a few weeks of back and forth)There
was no rebate penalty due to the delay and the rebate amount was approved for $2,
not $1,700.00. We contacted Home upgrade
and they informed us that there was a funding mistake from PG&E and that
the balance should be sent out shortly.
As far as the certificate, we will send another one in the mail today
As far as Gundlach’s supposed liability as to the amount of
the rebate payment. We cannot control
nor promise any rebate amounts from PG&EIt is impossible to determine
exactly how well the home will test out until the project is finished. In addition, the programs are very fluid and
change on a regular basisWe can only share what other customers have received
for similar projects
On 5/14/we forgave the delinquent balance of the original
project in the amount of $in exchange for their forfeiture of the
year A/C labor warranty a $valueWe have been more than fair with this customer
and have a detailed communication time line we can provide if necessary
