First of all I'm not a professional as far as hot tubs are concernedHowever, the repair man isWhen he replaced the heater there was NO other leak that I could seeIn the phone message he left he said the leak was probably there before he did the work and that I just didn't notice itI would have to ask, since he is a professional and this is his chosen line of work, why wouldn't he have notice this leak? After all, it's less than inches from the heater, and he was here for sometime repairing that heaterI can say in ALL HONESTY that the leak was not there before he performed the work on the heaterIt only appeared about a week later after I filled hot tubIf it were leaking before the work was done, why did I NEVER have to add more water on a daily basis? This is what I've had to do since the work was said to be complete.Even if I am "ignorant" as he said, I was the one who called him to fix the heaterThis means I know what was wrong and what needed to be fixedFar from "ignorant" as he called me.No, I do not accept his reply but I also don't want to deal with a man who calls others namesI know there are better words that he could have been used, but he chose words that don't help the matterTherefore I do not wish to continue with this complaint, but I will never use Holiday pools againWith that said I'd also like to point out that I've NEVER submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com in the past nor do I expect to in the future, despite what he "feels" about me. Yes, I'm done with this complaint, but that does not mean I agree with ANYTHING this repairman has said or done concerning this work. Not satisfied, not ignorant, not going to Revdex.com again, never done it beforeHoliday pools, done with you!

I reviewed the complaint and unfortunately this is a result of the customer's ignorance as to the nature of my original repair and the nature of the new leak that wasn't there at the time of my service call.  The leak appeared probably a good week after I left.  I replaced the heater...

assembly on his tub which is a completely separate component to the pump.  He told me that the leak was coming from the heater that I had just replaced so I went back to check it out and seal it up for him at no charge. The work I did had nothing to do with his pump or its internal seal which is the source of the leak at this point.  I left a message explaining this and that I would have to charge him for the work since it was unrelated to what I had already done.  I did not charge him for the return visit to determine the source of the leak.  I have made several attempts to contact him and explain this but he won't speak to us or return our calls.  If he chooses to remain ignorant and won't take the time to understand how his hot tub actually works, there isn't anyone out there who will be able to help him to his satisfaction and the Revdex.com will get more complaints from this guy.  I have done all I can do at this point to resolve the situation including leaving him a new voicemail today explaining the situation.
