I had numerous conversations with *** regarding these two shipmentsHe booked them through a broker and he failed to pay the brokerFrom what I understand he owes them several thousand dollars for shipments they handledSo I would say Mr *** is the scam artist and the one who is defrauding
peopleHe ranted in emails and phone messages that he called the FBI to report us and the FMSCA ( Federal Motorcarrier Safety Administration) for whatever reason he is calling these agencies points to a very deranged person who has no comprehension of what he is doing.The shipments were delivered in CA and COYes they were late due to severe intermodal delay/congestion in Chicago, which we explained to *** several times but he was convinced we were "scamming" him

I would be happy to review this customers damaged shipment but I need to know our shipment tracking number to be able to respondConcealed damage is a very dicey issue as once our driver has delivered a shipment and the customer has signed our delivery receipt as "clear" we assume that there was no
visible damage to indicate the product might have sustained damage, we then view this as having completed our jobAt that point if, as the customer indicates, upon opening the carton he discovered damage, it would be incumbent upon him to provide reasonable proof that the damage occurred while in our possession and did not happen after our driver left.Since we are led to believe that since the delivery receipt was not noted with any indications that the packaging showed signs of mis-handling we must leave it to the customer to offer an explanation as to whyThe other troubling issue is that the customer indicated that oil had leaked from the machineThat begs the questions as to why no oil stains were evident on the carton as my experience is that such a leak would be visable.Again, I'm happy to review this issue if I have our tracking number

This shipment was picked up on 3/12, not sure where the customer got the date of 3/8? On 3/we were contacted by the contracting broker that the customer wanted this freight diverted to another carrierOn 3/that shipment was diverted to another carrier and is currently scheduled to delivery to
consignee in CA on 3/20. That would be a day transit provided it does deliver on the 20th It appears this customer was either not informed or is construing his story indicating that Clear Lane "lost" this shipmentIt was never lost and we responded to the broker who booked this with us on the location and statusSince the shipment was booked by a broker, that is whom Clear Lane is bound to comply with instructing's regarding diversion

The shipping slip was given to me by clear lane when they delivered the items to me The shipment is suppose to have pallets but I only received two pallets Additionally, the last pallet that was left behind is now being delivered to me by UPS and I have to pay for that I will uploaded the shipping slip from UPS when the last pallet arrived on Wednesday I am just asking for Clear Lane to adjust the bill since they did not complete the shipment as promised in the invoiced price One of the pallet was not picked up and I have to arrange shipment with UPS

Still not happy with their services, this company must be closed for business, I contacted the FBI, FMCSA and local police, this company is a scam, I called over times and no respond provided, they delivered the items days after the date was agreed, no one told me that these shipments will be shipped by train, if I would know I would never use this company nor services, the owner Thomas must be in jail, disgusting person and company

I would need to have more information on this complaint. Specifically I would need our tracking number or the Bill of Lading Number in order to review what the issues were. We keep extensive notes on all shipments, so when I receive that information I can respond.

I think Mr [redacted]'s response indicates his level of instability. He did not book this with us, it was booked via the broker he was using. I have no other comments or responses to his nonsense

This shipment was picked up on the date is was called in ( 6/19/17), there was confusion on the part of [redacted] as to needing a pickup number which they neglected to provide. We got that worked out and the shipment moved to destination ( [redacted], San Diego ) and delivered on 6/29. The attached document is the Proof of Delivery which clearly indicates the shipment of 3 skids of delivered complete. The document provided by [redacted] to Revdex.com is not a Proof of Delivery, but a transfer document we use internally.
