I have used Gunn Appliance three times in the last few years and each time (most recently today) the job was done, it was done correctly and Scott was very kind and professional. The repairs I needed were for my Kenmore washer and Kenmore dryer. The rate was fair and was to be expected. Scott, each time, repaired the problem and while doing so did it professionally. I appreciated his demeanor and the extra help he offered while here...something he didn't have to do since it was not part of the problem in the first place. I have recommended Gunn to friends of mine and they were equally as satisfied with the service. I will continue to do business with them if I ever need a repair for my appliance again.
