We spoke with Mrs [redacted] early after hearing of here dissatisfaction We scheduled an appointment for her to come in and have the service re-performed She failed to show up for her appointment Since the missed appointment, we have made multiple phone calls and have sent several emails in an effort to contact and reschedule the service To date, we have not received any additional communication from Mrs [redacted] and a considerable amount of time has passed At this point, we have no choice but to consider this matter closed Thank you for your help and let me know if we can do anything further [redacted] General Manager Gunn Buick GMC [redacted]
