Sunday around noon my check engine light comesI run over to auto zone to get a diagnosisBy 5pm my car starts randomly dying in the middle of the road without warningImmediately Monday morning I Gunn Chevrolet in SelmaThey tell me that they cant look at my car for weeksThey cant even give me a loaner carThe extended warranty which I paid around $5,for seems to be a waist of my moneyThe warranty will only cover the cost of a rental car after my car has been looked at by GunnMonday my car died times on the roadSo far today my car has died times on the bridge to get on from Iand once while on My car was almost hitThis is not a matter that can wait weeksI'm a single mom and have to transport my children in a car that randomly dies on the roadThis is a safety issueWhy did I pay for the very best platinum warranty available when it is providing me and my family zero piece of mind but instead frustration and fear? My warranty also states that I have to use the dealer were the warranty was purchased or the repairs may not be coveredGunn has offered no real solutionI asked why I couldn't bring my car in, they diagnose right away so I could get a rental and then they keep my car until they could get to the repairsThey informed me that they would not stop their mechanics for thatMy safety and my kids safety are now at jeopardy Two weeks is way too long!

I am on a trip out of the country and would like to reply to the Gunn Dealership reply. I never received another temporary tag. The salesperson sent me via text a copy of the temporary tag! I asked him to mail it to me and when I return I will check my mail and let you know if it was sent. Very poor customer service . I will be in touch with Revdex.com. Sincerely, [redacted]
