This pricing was a website error that happened during the middle of the night (12am - 5am). The price was then corrected at 5am to its accurate retail price when we caught the error. Due to this very low price and very limited inventory on this item, it sold out almost immediately. We did however...

honor all of the transactions at this low price to be fair, even though we had no obligation to do so. This product was out of stock that morning and remains out of stock to this very day. This was a website error and we are sorry that your order was canceled due to the very unfortunate incident for us.

We did the right thing and honored all of the sales at this low price we could based on inventory. I am sorry you feel entitled to capitalize on our misfortunate website error and do not accept our complaint response. It was a website glitch and we did what we could to resolve it the best way possible.

Review: For nearly a month I have been attempting to register and submit a warranty claim for glasses that I purchased. I have been getting the run around via email or phone calls and I am not getting assistance. My issues is really rather simple: minor damage to a lense that is covered by the warranty. I need a WMA# to complete the claim, but no one at Gunnars is willing to give it to me.Desired Settlement: just to have my glasses repaired per the warranty process

With order number GUNN-3910202, I ordered a pair of prescription glasses on 2 Dec 2013. Few days later, I was requested to send them a copy of my prescription via email. Later, my prescription was verified and was told that, my order was shipped to their lab so that they may apply the lenses to the frame. However, one month later, my item still not yet arrived, and I had to send them a mail to ask for a reason. The next day, I was told that, I had to wait for a while since the factory was still processing my order. A week later, I sent them the mail again to request for order status update. And surprisingly, I was told that, my order was cancelled due to the prescription is outside of the approved range. Their widest approved prescription range is from +3.00 to -8.00. I know that, some of the glasses may have such limitation. However, from the product website (http://shop.gunnars.com/phenom/d/1094_c_914), I cannot find such information at all. Besides, before sending my order to their lab, they should have verified my prescription! It’s unacceptable that they wasted me one month time to wait for my glasses!Desired Settlement: Send me my item immediately!

Review: I placed an order for a pair of glasses on 7 May 2013, the order supposedly shipped on 9 May 2013. I have made three calls since then to inquire as the delivery satis and to get a correct shipping number(the number provided in the e-mail state the shipping info has been received only). On all three calls, I have been told management is looking in to the order and no other information has been received from the shipping department.Desired Settlement: Overall I would like a pair the glasses I ordered shipped out to me, with a good tracking number provided. I would also like a refund of the original shipping cost.

Review: I have ordered Gunnar Glasses Anime on June 1st 2015. Order #gunn-[redacted].

During a chat with customer service rep I was assured that a case will be included. After written confirmation, which I have saved, I placed the order (ref. [redacted]). Quote: "OK I will have our shipping manager send you a case [redacted]".

Today, June 9th I received the order and found out that case was not shipped.

Customer Service rep is informed that offer expired on the date I placed the order (ref. [redacted]).

However, the promo was still being advertised on the website and customer service rep assured me that case will be included and I will get a refund in case I get charged.Desired Settlement: I request full refund for the amount I paid and case to be sent to me at no charge.

I have ordered 4 pairs of glasses from this company and it is unacceptable to treat a customer who is paying for overvalued glasses like Gunnar in this way. My frustration and exhaustion from unprofessional behavior of this company has costed me much more than the value of these glasses.

Review: First, their customer service if awful, it takes up to a week for them to reply every time.I mean their site says "our customer support team is available live Monday-Friday 6am 7pm Pacific Standard Time" so I'd think that their customer support would be better.But that's besides the point my complaint is that I made an order with them, reference ID GUNN-[redacted], thinking I'd be able to change my order before it shipped I sent a message on 12/30/13 asking to get my order changed to an AP address, or to have it cancelled, then on 04JAN14 I get a message saying that it couldn't be changed because it had already shipped, and that they don't ship to AP addresses. But no where on their site is there any sort of disclosure stating that they don't ship to AP addresses. Now, they've taken my money, and shipped my order to only god knows where and I'm never going to get the product that I've now paid for. I just can't wait a whole week for a response from Gunnar just to be told that they can't do anything for me. I'm an active duty military member who works on computers every single day for a minimum of 8 hours at a time. And I'm trying to prevent head aches and possible long term eye damage due to monitor screens by purchasing their products.Desired Settlement: I'd like either a refund or I'd like for the product to be shipped to my correct address being[redacted]USS George Washington [redacted], AP [redacted]instead of [redacted]USS George Washington [redacted], AE [redacted]All I need is it to be changed from AE to AP. At this point all I really want is the glasses to be in my possession, and not floating around somewhere around the world.Any help that can be provided to me is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Review: It's a classic bait and switch promotion. They tell you that get a 10% discount if you sign up but nowhere in the presentation or corresponding email confirmation does it mention that it is only valid for normally prices items.Desired Settlement: I advised the call center supervisor that this was classic bait and switch and that it is completely illegal. No one in the call center had any idea what bait and switch is.

Corporate presentation of this 10% discount is illegal, there is no place in my email that indicates the 10% discount applies only to regularly priced items.
