New roof installed. Roof leaking. Roofer will not come fix leaks.
The roofer gave me a lifetime warranty on workmanship. My roof is leaking and I want it fixed. Every time I communicate with him he gives me a day he will be here then does not show up. I just want my roof not to leak. This has been going on for 3 weeks and his warranty states he will be here within 48 hrs to address issues. HELP!

On 3/8/18 roofer came and fixed a leak on new roof. He was paid in full that day. On 3/11/18 another leak was seen and roofer notified. On 3/19/18 roof had 2 leaks and roofer notified. On 3/29/18 roofer was notified now had 5 leaks. Roofer has not been to house since 3/8/18. On 4/6/18 notified roofer tree limb fell on house and damaged roof. Asked him to repair damage when he came to fix leaks. As of 4/19/18 roofer still has not resolved original complaint.
Paid Gunn's roofing in full. They told me job was completed. I looked under house. They lied and won't come back to finish it.
Gunn's was suppose to remove mold from bottom of house by spraying it, scrubbing it and cleaning then install polypropylene plastic sheeting for a vapor barrier. They did it or at least it looked like they did at the front of the house. They said they got it all and job was done. So I paid them the rest of the money 3,100 dollars which was the rest of a 8,000 dollar contract. They were supposed to come back the next day and fix a step this was November 27th. They didn't show up. Next day I pulled back some vinyl skirting to look and I saw where the insulation they tore off the bottom of the house was just thrown under the house. This was supposed to have been cleaned up and thrown away. They just broke it off and threw it under the house. Then I climbed under the house with a flashlight. The front of the house looked good. Plastic down and mold gone. But as I climbed further I saw that mold was still there and no plastic . I was stunned. I called Gunn's and no answer. I texted no answer. Finally after more texting days later. Dustin Gunn told me he was coming . Then no show. I called texted him again then dec 11th he texted me back promise to come dec 18th. Now while all this is going on he is posting pictures on Facebook of him doing other jobs . Meanwhile I've paid him in full and work not finished. Dec 17th I ask him are you coming tomorrow he said yes morning time I said ok. Then no show . No call no text. Finally enough is enough
1600 dollar refund. That's what it will cost me to get someone else to get rid of the mold and finish putting down plastic, pick up broken pieces of insulation.
All black mold was removed all of underneath house was scrubbed with black mold remover and killer customer was satisfied when we left the only thing that was left to do was install frame extenders on screen door cause the new screen door extenders were missing I did say I would be back to install them and I will just have been busy also he said some of the foam board taken off house left under thete possibly could've been note the house is only 23 inches off ground and he is 300 plus guy he couldn't get under there and look like he his claiming he know we cleaned everything under they heard us and seen what we looked like when we climbed out from under there this is basically all over me not being able to get there at his demand to put on door frame extenders

Have video of me climbing under customer climbing under no problem video shows mold still there In places and plastic not down under part of the house like agreed. Easy to climb under no problem. Insulation all over the place. Extenders are 4 bucks. Nothing to do with extenders. Has to do with lying and cheating paying customer.

What does that even mean? Gonna do what you said you were gonna do. Remove all the mold? Finish putting down the plastic? The business cannot be trusted to finish the job even when he says he did or will. The only resolution is a refund so I can pay someone else to do the job right.
