My name is *** ** *** (***)
** *** *** (*** ***) and his Notary filled out a Limited Power of Attorney the day I first met them (08/2016) with these names:
*** ** *** (***)
Rebbecca ** *** (***)
The date was changed and I was not asked to initial said correction
Obviously, my ID was not requested to verify who I was
I was asked to sign this LPOA before it was filled out Divorce is stressful enough without having to worry if the attorney you hire is competent Being in an attorney's office, I made the mistake of "assuming" a very simple LPOA would be filled out correctly I regret so much that I simply put it away when handed a copy, and did not review it until well over a year later I was stressed and trusting, otherwise, I would have excused myself and left the office quickly, never to return
C*** *** filled out the initial contract in the name of *** LWalter
This was just the beginning
BEWARE
Something to remember: Reviews should be written by clients, not employees
