I work for a school corporation and assume that I picked up a bed bug from one of the children possibly, in any case I have a small bed bug problem that I am trying to battle. OF COURSE I checked for remedies on the internet and found a product that I thought I could try for a trial for not a huge amount of money. I ordered the product, it didn't work, but figuring I had ordered the trial size I would just not order more. Imagine my surprise when 14 days later a nearly $60 charge appeared on my bank account! I called the company and they informed me that had I read their terms and conditions the $4.95 was a shipping fee and that I had to contact them if I was unsatisfied. That is not mentioned on the order site. The $4.95 did not say it was for shipping it said it was for the product!
